LIVING ROOM RENOVATION

Emily and Craig wanted to modernize their living room, and David was on hand to help.

The renovation included removing dated wallpaper, smoothing the artex ceiling, and reshaping the room.

The video captures the original space and the transformation process. David built a stud wall to create a chimney breast with an integrated electric socket.

Fresh plastering and new plain coving completed the clean, modern look.

The electric fire adds a striking focal point and completely transforms the room’s atmosphere.
